OK, so I’m cheating a litle bit here, but I would say that it is very different to have a two of clubs hanging in your back yard.
Firstly I have to apologise for not being about for the last few weeks, things just got busy/stressful in “real life” and I’ve not really found the time to take/make/edit/post photos. And a big thanks to you all for visiting and commenting in my absence, I’ll be going to try and catch up with you soon, I’ve missed you 🙂
Things will calm down soon and I’ll (hopefully) be back to posting regularly again.
Until then, have a lovely summer (or winter, depending on where you are!) and I’ll see you soon 🙂
Cee’s black and white challenge this week is storefront signs. This picture of an “open” sign outside an antique shop was taken for a project that I contributed a bit to called “One Day in Shipley” where photographers “documented” their local environment for the one day (11th July 2015 – I think). The resulting photos were shown as a slideshow as part of an exhibition at the community centre. It was fun, there was a really good selection of photos that were contributed. I made a Flickr album with the pictures I took (of course there were many more from others!) here is a link to my One Day in Shipley album.
Cee’s black and white challenge this week is flowers, how could I resist!
And here’s some more…
A path leading you through the gate to explore the delights of the garden.
An old Rover for Cee’s Black and White Photo Challenge: Cars, trucks and motorcycles.
Candid shots of stall owners and performers at Saltaire Festival. I love their expressions of joy!
PS: My new blog planner came through today, compiled by Jennifer Nicole Wells. It’s very cool with lots of lists of upcoming challenges, monthly calendars and plenty of space for notes, whether it will make me more organised is yet to be seen…!
The beautiful wooden doors on this insect hotel are part of an interactive learning display. The captions on the doors lead you to find who might be living inside…
I’m gradually coming to the end of a rather busy time, WP and the blog have had to take a bit of a back seat. Hopefully now I will be able to catch up with you all, I’ve missed seeing your posts and catching up. Have a great weekend! 🙂
