Urban autumn

In the UK, fire hydrants are located under ground. These signs (usually yellow) mark their position, the two numbers corresponding to the size of the water main (top) and the distance from the post. The first one is presumable out of service, so I’m glad that they have two others to choose from! Whilst delving into info about fire hydrants, it is interesting to see how they differ from country to country.

    1. Yes it is and because they are so different, how strange the other ones seem. I do like the American style hydrants though, compared to the ones over here, they are really cool!
